This prestigious building is located in the historic centre of the city of Ascoli Piceno and presents many elements of architectural, artistic and historical value: it is in fact a listed asset according to the Code of Cultural Heritage, Lgs. D. n. 42 of 2004.
The palace has its origins in residential areas from the Middle Ages but its current appearance dates back to the 17th century, when the façade was renovated by the architect Giuseppe Giosafatti, an important representative of the baroque language in Ascoli Piceno. The interiors, however, underwent transformations during the 19th century.
The historicity of the property and its complex history are reflected in the architectural layout, its materials and its finishes. For all these reasons we approached this building with respect and rigour, carrying out seismic and energy improvement interventions that could not only satisfy the needs of the customer but also preserve the real estate asset, so as to make it even more long-lasting in the future.
