For this symbol of residential construction typical of the late 1970s, the key words of the design – carried out with an integrated method – were redevelopment and strengthening.
Energy and seismic improvement interventions have been carried out on the property, made up of seventy-two apartments arranged on eight floors and twenty-nine garages, in an example of sustainability within which the territory is an active part of the design process, considering the proximity to the Adriatic coast.
