The building complex dates back to the late 1960s and consists of a building which extends over a basement, seven levels above ground and a small tower to access the roof terrace.
Inside there are nineteen residential units, four commercial spaces and twenty-two garages located in the basement.
Our intervention mainly concerned the seismic and energy efficiency improvement, in such a way as to make the complex more performing and able to respond positively to the challenges of the ecological and energy transition implemented in recent years.
