The Trieste condominium has been affected by various interventions, all aimed at improving the building’s energy and anti-seismic properties.
The most impactful operations were those concerning energy efficiency, as they involved external insulation and the demolition and reconstruction of the roof, in addition to all the interventions necessary to achieve optimal performance of the building. The anti-seismic project instead involved the use of very specific local interventions to resolve all the critical issues found in the structure.
