Delfico District is a real estate complex dating back to the 1960s immersed in the Ghisolfa district of Milan, a residential area full of green spaces but at the same time in full evolution, and made up of two main buildings for a total of 84 apartments, as well as laboratories, offices, warehouses and garages.
The project involves energy requalification interventions which include the creation of ventilated façades, the efficiency of the heating system by making the most of the contribution of renewable energy, the seismic improvement of the reinforced concrete structure and the demolition and reconstruction of the roofs.
The works are aimed at making the buildings modern, but also at improving their energy efficiency and static consolidation, while preserving some peculiarities of the buildings of that era, such as the large spaces, brightness and external vents.
