On the seafront of Vasto Marina, in an area of over 20,000 m2 surrounded by greenery and a stone’s throw from the sea, we find this structure with a socio-health purpose made up of 10 different blocks all connected to each other.
The project involves energy requalification interventions, which include the creation of ventilated façades and thermal insulation as well as making the heating system more efficient by exploiting the contribution of renewable energy, and interventions for the seismic improvement of reinforced concrete structures.
